Alaska's Housing Finance Corporation will administer the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program for the state of Alaska. Alaska Housing Finance Corporation would pass through DOE funding to sub-recipients for the implementation Alaska's EECBG Program. All projects under this program are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed EECBG Template for Expedited National Environmental Policy act review.
