Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding will be used to replace outdated or poorly functioning equipment located in three County-owned buildings. The installation of a pellet boiler, conversion of the Courthouse from steam to hydronic, adding zone valves, upgrading to efficient fluorescent lighting, installation of energy efficient replacement window are retrofit activities selected from lighting and Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning audit reports.
