Development of the On-Dock Rail Straddle Portal Project Prototype (ODRP) will assist with fulfilling the mission of the Department of Homeland Security's Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) to develop the global nuclear detection architecture, and acquire and support the development of the domestic detection system to detect and report attempts to import or transport a nuclear devise or fissile or radiological material intended for illicit use.
