Distillation of ammonia/water solutions and fermentation broths will be performed in the fume hood located in 999-1W, Room 107, for the purposes of recovering volatile solvents. The distillations will be performed using glassware designed for this purpose, and all work will be carried out at atmospheric pressure in air.
