Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Sun'aq Tribe would develop an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy aimed at educating tribal members on the means and methods to save energy and educating tribal staff on the means and methods to conserve energy at the Sun'aq Tribal Center.
