Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The tribe proposes to utilize technical consulting services to conduct energy efficiency audits on 13 tribal buildings (tribal headquarters, public safety complex (police, fire, courts), health center school, recreation center, library, environmental/legal, planning/economic development/engineering, day care center, elder center). Tribal staff will accompany a technical consultant to learn the procedures associated with audits.
