Use and Management of Mobile Communications Services

The acquisition and use of wireless or mobile communication devises for mission support, such as cellular phones and pagers, at the Department of Energy have steadily increased over the past several years. Devices are issues to a wide range of employees including senior level management officials and employees responsible for security, maintenance, weapons production, and administrative activities.
