This document waives certain patent rights the Department of Energy (DOE) has to inventions conceived or first actually reduced to practice by under agreement Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) agreement under Bayh-Dole agreement in 35 U.S.C. 202-204, as the DOE has determined that granting such a waiver best serves the interests of the United States and the general public.
