On November 4, 2022, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Enterprise Assessments’ Office of Security Enforcement issued an Enforcement Letter (SEL-2022-02) to Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) associated with an incident of security concern involving improper storage and protection of classified matter at Idaho National Laboratory.
