October 22, 2009This is in reference to the letter dated January 15, 2009, from your predecessor, Honorable Samuel W. Bodman, which accompanied a policy document outlining guidance for the use of binding arbitration in specified cases by the Bonneville Power Administration. The Attorney General has reviewed the document "Bonneville Power Administration's Guidance on the Use of Binding Arbitration for BPA Contracts" and concurs with the proposed policy for use of binding arbitration which is contained therein.
