    In the Matter of Lumiram Electric Corporation (incandescent reflector lamps), DOE Case Number: 2010-CE-1014, Adopting Order and Compromise Agreement. Lumiram failed to submit certification of compliance reports for its products, and violated compliance regulations, and DOE here assesses a civil penalty of $150/day for each day the company sells a product in violation of applicable energy compliance standards. A baseline civil penalty was waived by the DOE on acocunt of financial hardship, but the company must still agree not to sell any noncompliant products.
