Under Secretary Menezes to Participate in IEA’s 4th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency

Conference brings together ministers, CEOs and the heads of international organizations.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Monday June 24, 2019, U.S. Under Secretary of Energy Mark W. Menezes will lead the U.S. delegation to the International Energy Agency’s (IEA) 4th Annual Global Conference on Energy Efficiency in Dublin, Ireland. The conference brings together ministers, CEOs and the heads of international organizations from more than 50 countries to engage in a policy dialogue on energy efficiency, and lessons learned with leaders around the world.

At the conference, Under Secretary Menezes will deliver remarks on the U.S. vision of energy efficiency and technological innovation in the future. During the visit, Under Secretary Menezes will also engage with major energy stakeholders and his government counterparts in bilateral meetings.
