WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, December 12, 2019, U.S. Secretary of Energy Dan Brouillette will deliver remarks to the National Petroleum Council (NPC). Secretary Brouillette will speak about the Administration’s efforts to ensure reliable energy delivery to the American people by promoting infrastructure development, as well as the importance of making our traditional energy sources cleaner through carbon capture, utilization, and storage.
