WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Tuesday, May 21, 2019, the Department of Energy (DOE) will formalize a research partnership between the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), ExxonMobil and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) with a signing ceremony and media availability at DOE Headquarters in Washington.
NETL Director Brian Anderson and NREL Director Martin Keller will participate in a signing ceremony with ExxonMobil Vice President for R&D Vijay Swarup, with Under Secretary of Energy Mark Menezes as a witness. Assistant Secretary for Fossil Energy Steve Winberg and Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Daniel Simmons will also be present.
There will be a media availability following the signing ceremony.
