WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, October 29, 2020, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Energy Mark W. Menezes will visit Daikin Applied’s manufacturing facility in Faribault, Minnesota, where he will make an announcement on behalf of the U.S. Department of Energy.

Deputy Secretary Menezes will then join Daikin Applied President and CEO Mike Schwartz and other area business leaders for a roundtable discussion on the future of manufacturing and energy security, with a specific focus on sustaining manufacturing and innovation, establishing a reliable domestic energy supply, and evolving operations during the pandemic.
