Morgantown, W.V. - U.S. Department of Energy Secretary Rick Perry will visit the National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Morgantown site Thursday, July 6, 2017 to meet with NETL executive leadership and tour research facilities. A press briefing has been scheduled for 3:55 p.m. in the atrium of NETL Building 39.  

NETL Director, Dr. Grace Bochenek, will host the Secretary, U.S. Senators Joe Manchin and Shelley Moore Capito, and U.S. Rep. David McKinley for the NETL Morgantown visit.

Members of the news media who plan to attend the briefing should contact Shelley Martin via email at Shelley.Martin@netl.doe.gov or Shaylyn Hynes at Shaylyn.hynes@hq.doe.gov. NETL is a secure Federal facility. To access our facility, you must be a U.S. citizen and have a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license. Please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for processing through security.
