Established in 1996, the PECASE acknowledges the contributions scientists and engineers have made to the advancement of science.

More than 100 grants will support scientific innovation.

Projects will strengthen partnerships between National Laboratories and private sector companies to deploy promising technologies to the marketplace.

Center will initially fund up to $16 million for research in the areas of energy-water nexus, fossil energy, energy storage, and cybersecurity.
