Southeastern proposes to revise existing schedules of rates and charges applicable to the sale of power from the Cumberland System effective for a 5-year period, from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030.  A public information and comment forum was held in-person and virtually on June 17, 2025.

Southeastern has determined this action fits within the following categorical exclusions listed in Appendix B to 10 CFR 1021: B4.3 (Electric power marketing rate changes).
