Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) issued a draft EA for Marine Geophysical Surveys in the Northwestern Gulf of Mexico, 2025 (DOE/EA-2267), which assesses the potential environmental impacts of additional funding for the proposed high-resolution 3-dimensional (HR3D) marine seismic surveys off the coast of Texas.
