This Environmental Evaluation Checklist will be used for removal of carpet (and existing floor tile and mastic beneath carpet which has asbestos containing material) in the Radiation Protection Division offices, Radiation Protection Division supervisor's office, Radiation Protection Division count room, and room across the hallway from the Radiation Protection Division offices, which are located in the Personnel Wing. This activity involves asbestos containing material and will be reviewed to ensure that appropriate waste management and permitting processes are invoked.
