SUMMARY: The subject Order was issued on August 2, 2023, and cancels/supersedes DOE O 361.1C Chg 1 (LtdChg), dated 3-20-2020. The Order establishes overarching requirements governing training, continuous learning (CL), career management and career development for the Department's certified workforce, including requirements and responsibilities for the DOE Acquisition Career Management Program (ACMP); Office of Asset Management Personal Property Management Career Development Program (PPMCDP); and Office of Project Management Career Development Program (PMCDP).
