PF 2020-49 Interim Revisions to the Guide to Financial Assistance and the Merit Review Guide

SUMMARY:  Policy Flash 2020 – 49 provides notice of interim revisions to the DOE Guide to Financial Assistance and Merit Review Guide. These revisions include updates to references to websites, offices, and other editorial changes made to either clarify or enhance the intended meaning of a sentence and/or section or ensure consistency with information contained in current DOE policy and other regulatory documents prior to the issuance of the OMB revisions to 2 CFR Parts 25, 170, 183 and 200 on August 13, 2020.

The DOE Guide to Financial Assistance and Merit Review Guide can be found on the DOE Financial Assistance webpage at: https://www.energy.gov/management/office-management/operational-management/financial-assistance

The final revisions to these guides will be issued to include guidance regarding the revisions to 2 CFR Parts 25, 170, 183, and 200.
