The Environmental Management System (EMS) has two areas of focus: environmental compliance and environmental sustainability.
To achieve the objectives and goals identified in statutory requirements LM implemented teams to address the following sustainability areas:

- Implementing, managing and promoting their individual sustainability requirements.
- Identifying measurable metrics to evaluate progress.
- Reporting progress quarterly and annually.
