Mike Kopp’s career experiences include assignments in the U.S. and the United Kingdom working in the nuclear power, nuclear decommissioning, and environmental restoration industries. He has held positions as a Vice President of Operations; Project Director; Project Engineer; and Quality Assurance Manager for both private contractors and the U.S. Government. He currently holds the position of Assistant Director/Office of Technical Support and Asset Management for the U.S. Department of Energy. Mike is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he held the rank of Sergeant and served as a nuclear missile technician and security custodian. 

Mike has an M.B.A, Organizational Leadership; M.S., Management; B.S., Engineering Technology; Advanced Certificate/Life Coaching; and is a Certified Federal Internal Coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
