
Jack Zimmerman is the Director of the Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center. For the past twenty five years he served DOE in key roles including: the Manager of the Idaho Cleanup Project, Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride Federal Project Director and Associate Director of the Mound Closure Project. Mr. Zimmerman is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio. He serves as the co-Chair of the Department’s Safety Culture Improvement Panel. He has over thirty-five years of experience in many aspects of nuclear facility construction, operation and environmental remediation. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Master’s degree in Radiological Engineering and Bachelor’s in Nuclear Engineering.
