Join the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) on November 28, 2023, at 4:00 pm ET, for an informational webinar, Clean Fuels & Products Shot™: Alternate Sources for Carbon-based Products, to learn about the recently launched Clean Fuels & Products Shot™, including an update on the initiative’s goals, recent activities, and next steps.

The seventh initiative in the DOE's Energy Earthshots™ portfolio, the Clean Fuels & Products Shot™ focuses on decarbonizing the fuel and chemical industry through alternative sources of carbon to advance cost-effective technologies with a minimum of 85% lower greenhouse gas emissions by 2035.

Attend the National Summit on Combined Heat and Power

On November 15 and 16, the Combined Heat and Power Alliance will host the National Summit on Combined Heat and Power (CHP) in Arlington, Virginia.  The fourth annual CHP Summit will bring together a diverse group of industry experts, end-users and potential CHP hosts, government leaders, policymakers, utilities, climate advocates, and other members of the clean energy community. IEDO Director Dr. Avi Shultz will give the keynote address and IEDO Technology Manager Meegan Kelly will moderate a panel on U.S. Department of Energy CHP Technical Assistance Partnerships.
