On October 12 and 13, the U.S. Department of Energy's Fuel Cell Technologies Office will host several events at the Electrochemical Energy Summit 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona, to foster increased collaboration between National Labs and industry. In addition to an October 12 plenary presentation by Under Secretary for Science and Energy Lynn Orr, the 12:45–1:45 p.m. seminar will demystify the process of working with National Labs, discussing the mechanisms in place to put labs to work on industry problems. The second event, a poster session from 5:30–6:30 p.m., will highlight the National Labs’ unique capabilities and opportunities in fuel cells and electrochemical systems to leverage existing skills and technologies. In addition, the exposition hall will feature a DOE Lab Tech-to-Market "Collaboration Corner" in booth space #401 to allow for networking and follow-up throughout the conference. Visit this space to talk with DOE or National Lab contacts and get more information.
