More AMO Partners Commit to Join the American Business Act on Climate Pledge

Last week, the White House announced that 73 companies from across the United States have committed to join the American Business Act on Climate Pledge. Of those companies, eleven are AMO Better Plants program partners. This brings the total to 154 companies that have signed this pledge to demonstrate their support for action on climate change.

This webinar will discuss the experiences of large manufacturing companies that benefited from participation in its utility energy efficiency program offerings. Rick Pettibone, senior energy advisor with Franklin Energy, will also share his experience.

High Profile Automotive Companies Implement Water Savings Plan

More and more companies participating in the Department of Energy’s Better Plants program have added water conservation measures to their agenda- saving more than 357 million gallons. Ford, General Motors, and Nissan are among the almost two dozen companies that have implemented an agenda to reduce energy.
