
Bryan C. Bower
DOE-WVDP Director
Bryan Bower is the Director of the West Valley Demonstration Project in West Valley, New York. The West Valley Demonstration Project is a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) managed clean-up of the only commercial nuclear fuel reprocessing facility operated in the United States. Prior to his appointment as the Project Director in July 2006, Bryan held a number of positions at the Project with increasing responsibilities.
In his 33 years with the Department of Energy, Bryan has also worked at the DOE-Headquarters in Germantown, Maryland and the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant near Carlsbad, New Mexico.
Prior to his career in DOE, Bryan held several positions of increasing responsibility in the U.S. Air Force at Holloman AFB, New Mexico.
Bryan is a 1985 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and has a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering. He was commissioned in the U.S. Air Force through the Air Force ROTC program. Bryan has been married to his wife, Colleen, since 1986, and he has two sons.


Stephen M. Bousquet
DOE-WVDP Assistant Director, Office of Project Management
Stephen Bousquet joined the Department of Energy in 2017 and is currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Office of Project Management. Steve is also assigned as the Federal Project Director (FPD) for the Main Plant Processing Building (MPPB) and the FPD for the balance of site facilities for the West Valley Demonstration Project. Prior to joining DOE, Mr. Bousquet worked in several positions for the Buffalo District of Corps of Engineers cumulating as the Environmental Health Chief that led a multidisciplinary team executing the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP).
Mr. Bousquet holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology, a Masters in Environmental Management, and Masters in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

Jennifer M. Dundas
DOE-WVDP Assistant Director, Office of Technical Services
Jennifer Dundas has been a Physical Scientist with the DOE-WVDP for 23 years. Jennifer currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Office of Technical Services, which is primarily responsible for the oversight of the contractor’s environmental, safety, health, quality assurance, and security programs and the implementation of DOE-WVDP safety, health, quality assurance, and security programs. WVDP programs include, but are not limited to, Environmental Compliance, Safety, Health, Quality Assurance, Radiological Protection, Emergency Preparedness, Maintenance, Engineering, Nuclear and Criticality Safety, Continuity, Conduct of Operations, Operating Experience/Lessons Learned, Training, and Security.
Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a double minor in Geology and Psychology. Jennifer is a certified Project Management Professional and certified Lead Auditor.
