Building Performance Institute, Inc. (BPI) - Delivers the Home Energy Professional (HEP) certifications, such as Energy Auditor, Retrofit Installer, Crew Leader and Quality Control Inspector.

Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) - Accredits clean energy training providers and certifies instructors and master trainers.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) - Helps keep families safe and healthy through initiatives that assistance families with energy costs.

National Association for State Community Service Programs (NASCSP) - Advocates for and enhances the leadership role of states in preventing and reducing poverty.
