As of December 2024, WAP has categorical eligibility with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) programs which are means-tested at 80% Area Median Income (AMI) or below. WAP is providing an updated USDA Eligible Building List which includes buildings identified to be categorically eligible for WAP.
