Weatherization Program Notice (WPN) 22-9 serves to transmit information to the Weatherization Assistance Program network on how to manage multiple funding streams within the program. The provisions of this WPN apply to all WAP Grantees applying for financial assistance under the U.S. Department of Energy's Weatherization Assistance Program.
This program notice supersedes Weatherization Memorandum 035.
WPN 22-9 supports Multifamily Weatherization (currently, WPN 22-12) and Weatherization of Rental Units (currently, WPN 22-13).
