
Victor Silva Santos serves as the Chief of Staff in the Department of Energy's Office of Policy. In this capacity, he oversees all of OP’s projects in addition to policy implementation, legislative correspondence, as well as budget and personnel management. He is also instrumental in advocating for, fundraising, and expanding OP’s PermitAI project.
Prior to being appointed in the DOE, He worked in the 2020 campaign where his grassroots efforts converted 4,400 voters. He worked as a Deputy State Director for a subsidiary of the American Petroleum Institute, where he was instrumental to passing multiple pieces of legislation in Florida. He then worked as a senior relationship manager for AIPAC, where he raised millions of dollars for their political campaigns. He then served as a Data Manager at the RNC, eventually becoming a Data Director for 60th Presidential Inauguration. Prior to his current role, Mr. Silva Santos served as a day-one appointee as a Special Assistant in the DOE’s Office of Policy.
Mr. Silva Santos holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Florida.
