Natasha White has been with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for over 36 years.  She served as a Contracting Officer with the Oak Ridge Office of Science (ORSC) for 6 years and with the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM) for 9 years.  In addition to her Contracting Officer duties, Natasha served as the Small Business Program Manager for ORSC and OREM.  Natasha joined the DOE Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in November 2022, as a Sr. Small Business Advocate, where her primary assignments are the Women-Owned Small Business Program and DOE Office of Environmental Management.

Natasha is a 2006 graduate of Tusculum College located in Greeneville, TN, where she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management.

Natasha lives in Clinton, TN, with her husband and 3 dogs.  She has 2 beautiful daughters who also live in Clinton, with their husbands and children.
