* Shepard will begin returning empty containers and skids as soon as the aisle carpet is removed and/or plastic protection is installed on top of the floor. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the facility by Wednesday, July 12 at 8:00 PM. Any materials remaining in the hall will be rerouted or returned to Shepard’s warehouse to await disposition at the exhibitor’s expense.
SCAM ALERT
It has been brought to our attention that fraudulent companies not contracted by show management have been targeting exhibitors. Some scams include housing, registration, attendee lists, and onsite services. These companies misrepresent themselves by claiming to be an official provider for the Expo. They may offer discounted hotel rates, attendee lists, or other services and try to convince you that the offer is being made on behalf of the DOE. These companies are in no way affiliated or endorsed by the DOE or The Bridge Group.
We encourage you to treat solicitations from these providers with appropriate caution and strongly recommend that you work directly and only with our approved vendors:

- Housing: New Orleans Marriott
- AV Services, Electric, Wi-Fi: Encore
- Registration & Lead Retrieval: Badge Guys

Please note: We will never ask you to verify your registration, housing, or booth services. We will never sell your data, or attendee data, to any third-party organization. Any company claiming to have the attendee list should be ignored and reported.
If you are contacted by a company that you find suspicious or are unsure whether they are a legitimate authorized vendor for this event, please contact us immediately, and if possible, include any communications (emails or voice messages) you received.
