Energy Exchange 2025

August 5–7, 2025

Important Update

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) is committed to providing critical energy management training and networking opportunities for the federal energy management community. However, following a careful and thorough review of evolving federal agency travel policies, we have made the difficult decision to postpone this year's Energy Exchange in Anaheim, California, and pivot to other hybrid training events this year.

This change allows us to explore alternative training formats that align with federal agency travel guidelines and provide options to access valuable training.

We understand this news may be disappointing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We know many of you look forward to this event each year, and this decision was not made lightly.

Next Steps for Registered Attendees, Hotel Reservations, and Trade Show Booths

If you registered for the event, reserved a room in the hotel room block, and/or purchased a booth in the trade show, you will receive an email in the coming days with detailed information on next steps. If you reserved a room outside the hotel room block, it is your responsibility to cancel that reservation.

For questions about hotels, registration and more, reach out to the Energy Exchange team.

Dedicated to Meeting Your Training Needs

While we are disappointed to postpone the traditional Energy Exchange event, FEMP is committed to providing you with the same high-quality training and networking opportunities you've come to expect. We're exploring a series of new training formats that build upon the foundation of Energy Exchange.
