Andre Adams is the Budget Office Director for the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Prior to accepting this appointment, he served as the Acting Deputy Executive for the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Business Management Directorate for Chief Information Office (OCIO). He has also held positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and General Electric.
Andre has over 15 years of experience in government budgeting and financial management. Additionally, while serving at DISA, he managed and led the Agency's appropriations, budget development, and program analysis and evaluation. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from North Carolina State University.
