The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Hydrogen Program's 2023 Annual Merit Review and Peer Evaluation Meeting (AMR) will take place June 5–8 in Arlington, Virginia. The hybrid event will showcase DOE's Hydrogen Program portfolio and cover updates on plans to advance clean hydrogen research, development, demonstration, and deployment initiatives including the Hydrogen Energy Earthshot, H2@Scale, and the H2Hubs. 

The June 5 plenary session will kick off at 1 p.m. ET, with opening remarks from Deputy Secretary of Energy David M. Turk and perspectives from DOE Under Secretary for Science and Innovation Geraldine Richmond, and Director of the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations David Crane. Deputy Secretary Turk will also moderate a panel discussion titled "National Hydrogen Strategy and Interagency Collaboration" featuring leaders from the Department of Commerce, Department of Transportation, and Department of Labor.
