AMMTO is currently seeking to hire a Supervisory Program Manager to lead a team of engineers, physical scientists, and analysts across DOE’s headquarters and field offices to support the Energy Technology Manufacturing and Workforce portfolio. This important position is an opportunity to help shape the future of manufacturing.

The Supervisory Program Manager will:

• Oversee all aspects of research, development, and demonstration (RD&D) related to battery and semiconductor manufacturing
• Lead AMMTO’s education and workforce development strategy to help prepare the future manufacturing workforce for the clean energy transition
• Identify objectives, strategies, and metrics for success for team’s research portfolio
• Manage budget and make important decisions about initiatives, technologies, and resources
• Spearhead workshops and stakeholder engagement activities that foster innovation ecosystems
• Lead development of funding opportunities for industry, universities, and national laboratories
