DOE ordered Arcelik A.S. (Arcelik) to pay a $438, 564 civil penalty after Arcelik had manufactured and distributed in commerce in the U.S. multiple units of the noncompliant Arcelik dishwashers' basic model #'s DWT 56502 **WS, DWT 56502 ***, DWS 55100 ***, and DWS 51500 FBI. The Order adopted a Compromise Agreement, which reflected settlement terms between DOE and Arcelik.
