The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) as a cooperating agency, prepared an EA that analyzes the potential environmental impacts of a proposed tidal floodplain ecosystem restoration project at Columbia Stock Ranch, located in Columbia County, Oregon, between the cities of Rainier and St. Helens.
In May 2017, BPA and the Corps jointly decided not to undertake the project. As a result, BPA will not issue a finding of no significant impact and considers its NEPA review process complete.
