DOE’s NEPA Lessons Learned Program was initiated in 1994 to foster continuous improvement in NEPA compliance by measuring DOE NEPA performance and gathering information learned through NEPA experience. DOE’s NEPA Lessons Learned Quarterly Report (LLQR) is a means of disseminating NEPA program metrics, along with related guidance, case studies, analysis, and other information of interest to the DOE NEPA community.

For individual issues, see the listing of issues below. To facilitate full text searching, five files, which together contain all issues of LLQR, are available on the Consolidated Lessons Learned Quarterly Report Files page. A compilation of NEPA "success stories" featured in LLQR is available on the NEPA Success Stories from Lessons Learned Quarterly Reports page.
