The Build America, Buy America Act webpage provides information about BABA, its Buy America Requirement for public infrastructure projects under federally funded financial assistance, DOE’s implementation of BABA, submission of BABA waiver requests and public comments on waiver requests.

The DOE Buy America Waiver Request page provides a list of all approved BABA waivers and proposed waiver requests that meet the legal and policy requirements of BABA available for public comment for a period of no less than 15-calendar days. The page also provides links to guidance on how to submit a BABA waiver request and information on how to provide comment on BABA waiver requests.
