SUBJECT: Updated DOE/NNSA Vendor Communication Plan

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) memorandum entitled “Myth-Busting #4 – Strengthening Engagement with Industry Partners through Innovative Business Practices” required each agency to update its Vendor Communication Plan with information on how to contact the Industry Liaison (IL) and Acquisition Innovation Advocate (AIA), with debriefing best practices in the third Myth-Busters guidance, and with guidance on using innovative techniques and resources contained in this memorandum. The updated DOE/NNSA plan is attached. The update also adds DOE best practice examples and editorial changes.
