SUBJECT: Implementation of Division D, Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019, Pub.L. No. 116-6
SUMMARY:
As noted in AL 2019-02 / FAL 2019-1, the government-wide provisions of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018 (Pub. L. No. 115-141) were extended until December 7, 2018 by Division C of the Department of Defense and Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Act, 2019 and Continuing Appropriations Act, 2019, Pub. L. No.115-245.
Following passage of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019, Pub.L. No 116-6, the provisions below are now in force through the remainder of fiscal year 2019. Though the section numbers for many of the provisions have changed, the content remains unchanged, and the implementation guidance provided by AL 2018-12 and FAL 2018-04 remains relevant.
