SUBJECT:  Acquisition Guide Chapter 25, Compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws, Regulations, and Policies

SUMMARY: The subject guide chapter has been revised to change the chapter number from 3.3 to 25 to coincide with the FAR, discontinue use of DOE Form 580.1, update approval organizational titles, simplify the alternative disposition procedures as revised in DOE Order 580.1A, Chg 1 of March 30, 2012, and make administrative changes.
