Pursuant to Section 202(e) of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”), 16 U.S.C. § 824a(e), and 10 C.F.R. §§ 205.300, et seq., MFT Energy US Power LLC (“Applicant”) hereby submits this application for blanket authorization to export electricity from the United States to Canada for a term of ten years (“Application”).
