Export Authorization Application to Canada, received 02/28/2023.
Pursuant to Section 202(e) of the Federal Power Act (“FPA”), 16 U.S.C. § 824a(e) and 10 C.F.R. § 205.300, et seq., Matador Power Marketing, Inc. (“Matador Power” or “Applicant”) hereby submits this application for blanket authorization to export electricity from the United States to Canada (“Application”). Matador Power requests that this application be made effective no later than June 28, 2023, which is the day after the expiration date of Matador Power’s current authorization to export electricity to Canada. Matador Power respectfully requests authorization for authority to transmit electric energy from the United States to Canada for a period of five (5) years.
