The summer 2023 funding opportunity opened on March 23, 2023. Applications are due by May 31, 2023.  

Applicants must register and submit application materials through the Clean Energy Infrastructure eXCHANGE. Application deadline dates vary; however, all materials must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. ET on the applicable deadline date.
