Interdisciplinary General Engineer/Physical Scientist (Direct Air Capture Hubs)

The incumbent in this position will:

GS-11

  • Conduct technical analyses for direct air capture hubs technologies.
  • Support the CO2 Removal division in preparation of technical and outreach materials for senior leadership.

GS-12

  • Conduct technical analyses for direct air capture hubs technologies.
  • Apply project management tools and techniques.
  • Support the CO2 Removal division in preparation of technical and outreach materials for senior leadership.

GS-13

  • Conduct independent technical analyses for direct air capture hubs technologies.
  • Apply project management tools and techniques.
  • Participate on direct air capture strategic and program planning teams.
  • Support the CO2 Removal division in preparation of technical and outreach materials for senior leadership.

 Qualifications:

  • Skill in oral and written communication to communicate with a variety of departmental organizations, senior leadership, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • High degree of understanding of two-way engagement principles.
